Shipping Availability

We currently only ship within Australia.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (Australia only) for orders under $100.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-6 business days.

  • Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in separate deliveries for the same order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Approx. 5-15 business days from dispatch.

  • These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays. Most orders arrive sooner than the maximum timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please monitor your tracking updates, as postal services no longer leave collection slips.

If your parcel is taken for collection and not picked up in time, a re-shipping fee of $10 will apply.

Returned to Sender & Incorrect Addresses

  • If a parcel is not collected on time and is returned to us, a re-shipping fee of $10 will apply.

  • If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the parcel is sent to the wrong address, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipping costs.

Missing Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. Please check your tracking details in your dispatch email. If an item is missing, contact our support team at info@bambinibaby.store.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered, exchanged, or refunded while in processing. If you need to exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
