Returns & Refunds Policy
Conditions of Our Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.
- If more than 15 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance Stock
- Gift Sets
- Worn or washed clothing, accessories, and footwear, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies, and headbands.
- Toys (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Feeding wear and accessories (including feeding dummies, teethers, and feeding utensils) due to hygiene regulations.
How to Submit a Return Request
To request a return, please email info@bambinibaby.store with your order details.
Return Options
We always recommend sizing up to avoid any sizing issues. However, if your purchase doesn't fit, you change your mind, or are not entirely satisfied, you can return your order for either:
1️⃣ Store Credit – Store credit for the value of the returned item(s), allowing you to select a different size or product.
2️⃣ Refund – A full refund of the price paid for the returned product.
- Customers are responsible for the return label fee of $10, which will be deducted from the store credit/refund.
- Alternatively, you can arrange your own return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We can provide a replacement or refund upon request.
- Please email info@bambinibaby.store with photo evidence of the issue within 15 days of delivery.
- Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
- If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and should clear within 2-5 business days once items are returned.
Returned to Sender / Not Collected Parcels
- Please monitor your tracking updates, as postal services no longer leave collection slips.
- If your parcel is not collected on time and is returned to us, a re-shipping fee of $10 will apply.
- Incorrect address entry: If a customer enters an incorrect address, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- If an order can still be canceled, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.
- If your order is already being processed, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items once they arrive.
